Between Here and Elsewhere

Airports are places of movement, yet much of the experience is defined by waiting. Between departures and arrivals, dawn and night, these photographs explore the quiet moments that exist within spaces designed for constant transit.

From empty terminals and distant runways to the glow of artificial light against the fading sky, the series observes the atmosphere of anticipation, solitude, and transition that accompanies every journey.

Rather than focusing on the destination, Departure and Landing reflects on the spaces in between—the places where journeys begin, end, and briefly pause.
